Can I share my songs?
Yes! Every song comes with a beautiful sharing page you can send via text, email, or social media. They'll see a personalised page with your image, your note, and a play button. The moment they press play is the part they never forget.
Do you store my payment information?
No. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant platform.
How long are my songs stored?
Your purchased songs are stored on your account indefinitely. You can download, replay, and share them any time. We also recommend downloading a copy for your own records.
What if my song doesn't generate or gets stuck?
This rarely happens, but if it does, simply refresh the page or try again in a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact our support team and we'll resolve it right away.
